March Bulletin!

More playkits for families, Pluto in the community, our next Dad’s Group and more! Here’s what’s happening at Pluto this month.

Community Reminder: a note to our “Spring Break” Survivalists.

Spring is here, and while the world around us talks about renewal, many of our families are focused on survival.

Transitioning out of school routines - and then the whiplash of transitioning back - is a monumental task for a neurodivergent household.

If you are feeling the weight of the “Routine Storm” right now, please hear us: You are doing the absolute best you can with a situation that is genuinely hard. There is no shame in the struggle, and there is no need to apologize for the “bumps” along the way.

We are in this with you and are always here to lend a space to regulate, reconnect and simply be.

Our March schedule is live!

We’ll be open all throughout March and we’ll be out in the community!

  • This is a relaxed, come-as-you-are gathering. No agenda. No pressure, just parents talking about the journey that is raising neurodivergent children.

March 26th - 29th : By popular demand, potions are back!

You asked, and we listened!

So many of our Pluto friends have been missing the bubbling, fizzing magic of our sensory labs, so we are officially declaring March 26th through the 29th as Potions Week!

Whether your child is a budding scientist ready for “explosive” experiments or a whimsical fairy crafting a secret forest brew, this week is for them.

Here’s a family sidequest: Become a “Texture” Detective

Pluto Detectives! We are on a hunt for proprioceptive input (that’s just a fancy word for things that give your muscles a “hug”)!

Can you find three things around your house right now that match these textures?

  1. Something BUMPY (like a Lego brick)

  2. Something SOFT (like your favorite plushy)

  3. Something HEAVY (like a book)

The first 5 detectives that email us back at team@plutomn.org will receive a Pluto Astronaut at your next visit!
