Pluto Social Club occasionally captures photos and short videos to document programming, improve our services, and share our mission of creating a sensory-friendly space for neurodivergent children and their families. Photo and video participation is always optional. Your decision does not affect your ability to attend or participate.

How Media May Be Used (With Your Permission)
With your consent, photos or videos may be used for:

• Internal use(program improvement, staff training, documentation)

• Public-facing communication (website, email, social media, printed materials)

• Community education or fundraising, related specifically to Pluto Social Club’s mission
  

What We Will Not Do
Pluto Social Club will never:

• Sell or license photos or videos to third parties

• Use media outside the context of Pluto Social Club

• Identify your child by full name without separate written permission
  

Your Rights

• You may decline photo consent with no impact on participation.

• You may revoke consent at any time by emailing team@plutomn.org.

• Revoking consent stops future use of media but cannot remove content already published.

Media Protection
Photos and videos are stored securely and accessed only by authorized Pluto Social Club staff or trusted contractors supporting operations.
